I'm just catching up after hearing about the Typical Shutterbug on TWIP so have struggled to make comments “…in context”.

I appreciate the comments about checking lenses “out of the box” but some comments, mine included, allow fine tuning on the camera body which attempts to take the tolerance range out of lens manufacture. Any plans for a show dealing with lens calibration?

I recently discovered you and immediately started downloading your podcasts. I listen to many and the reason I hadn't found you is because when I search for podcasts thru the Zune interface, I type in "photo" or "photography" and typical shutter bug doesn't come up. Nevertheless, now I've found you and like your podcasts. I like hearing what the "average" photographer is doing, struggling with, discovering. Many of us are on the same path as you.
